Jinn Version 2.0.0 Update

In Jinn we are working on simplification and automation processes and controls so that customers can concentrate on value-add activities. Positioning Jinn as a technology company, we are constantly working on new features that will provide our customers with more flexibility in inventory management, storage, fulfillment, delivery and many more.
Today we are proud to announce the deployment of a new Jinn Inventory version that includes the following updates:

Clients can onboard own Customers
  • Now our Clients can get access to their Customers, adjust pricing of the product for each Customer and manage their orders.

Product Update
  • Add pricing and discounts where applicable to any product.
  • Assign customer to any product to automatically bill it when Customer orders the product.
  • Add product category, type and tags for better management, search and filtering.
  • You can place products to favourites for better management and tracking.

Arrival Update
  • Download and Upload excels.
  • “Add arrival items” are now on the full screen to have a better visibility of all information and have possibility to use various filtering/selection options.

Billing
  • Download automatic invoices for B2B orders.
  • Filter invoices by invoice status and customer Inventory.
  • Filter inventory by products vendor, category and types.

Order update
  • “Create new order” process has few additional field.
  • Create new product through order and add it to the order straight away.
  • Option to create order for non fulfillable products.
  • Add financial details to the order such as: paid amount, discount, payment type and payment term.
  • Download automatic invoices for B2B orders.
  • Upload list of products for order in excel.
  • Select products for order based on Vendor, Category and Type.
  • “Add order items” are now on the full screen to have a better visibility of all information and have possibility to use various filtering/selection options.

Client Profile
  • Assign and manage access to your team and Customers.
  • Create new Customers.
  • Access to Company profile.
  • Quick access to Company profile with Company dashboard.
  • Manage invoices from your company profile.
  • Billing moved to the profile.

Other updates
  • Introduced information notes for all icons.
  • Minor bug fixes
